Do you have a question?
It’s a monthly cookie subscription with different flavors throughout the year. I ship 4, 6 or 8 cookies to you on your subscription date. Taxes and shipping are included. I ship to the US and Puerto Rico (except Alaska and Hawaii).
You can view the upcoming cookies in the "Flavors" page for new varieties throughout the year. Before shipping, each cookie's recipe, allergens, and ingredients are clearly displayed on their individual description pages to have transparency.
Depends on your box since we offer 2 ounce or 5 ounce cookie crates.
5 ounces are 141.7 grams each.
That means that 4 cookies are 20 ounces (567 grams), that’s 1 1/4 pound of cookies!
8 cookies are 40 ounces or 2 1/2 pounds (or 1134 grams).
2 ounce cookies are 57 grams each.
That means that 6 cookies are 12 ounces (342 grams), that’s over 1/2 pound of cookies!
Cookie Crates are open from the 1st of every month at 12:00 AM EST until the 30th (or 31st) at 11:59 PM EST or when subscription boxes sell out for that month, whichever comes first. Your cookies will be baked on your subscription date or when you subscribe. You’ll be receiving an email when your box ships out.
If you can't buy a box, it means I reached capacity on how many customers I can handle that month. You’ll have to wait until boxes are available again on the 1st the next month (or close to that date). I do this to give excellent service and avoid burnout.
You can subscribe when you purchase a crate. Please fill out everything at the checkout including allergies (if any), flavors you don’t like and referral code if you have it. Once you finish, you can see your account by logging in the top menu.

You can cancel your subscription any time using your customer account, no problem. If you need help with your account please contact me by email: itzia@thecrispycookie.com.
I bake in a kitchen where eggs, soy, wheat, milk and nuts (like peanuts and almonds) are present. Sadly, my desserts are not currently vegan friendly. I only bake things that are on my menu, so I don’t currently bake those types of cookies. But I’m working on adapting my recipes without compromising on flavor, so you never know!

Thank you for asking; but at the moment, I can't offer sugar free cookies. It's really important that the cookies are made just right and sometimes some flavors don't translate to sugar-free versions because of the sugar. But I'd be honored to be your baker in the future.
Gluten free cookies are not offered at this time. But you'll never know in the future!
I bake in a kitchen where eggs, soy, wheat, milk and nuts (like peanuts and almonds) are present. Also, even though the cookie subscription has different cookies every month, information about all my cookies are in the "Flavors" page (here), you can also find it in the top menu. Items also have an allergens disclaimers and ingredients lists in the description for example: “Contains: eggs, milk, gluten” etc as well as all the ingredients I use.
If you’d still like to subscribe, there’s a survey asking if you have any food allergies when you add your box to the cart. I add that info to your profile and flag it. When it’s time to make your box, I will do my best to accommodate you by contacting you to provide alternative flavors if available. If you don't like any substitutions, I'll happily refund you.
Cookies will also have a list of ingredients in the package to comply with Florida Cottage Food Law.
